FATHER’S PROJECT BY JUSTGABA PHOTOGRAPHY 2019-2020

 

Hi. My name is Gabriele. I am a face of “JustGaba photography”. I have started my photography journey almost 6 years ago ( 12 years at this date, 2025). I do lots of newborn, maternity, child portrait and family photographs during my career.

Right now I am working on “Father’s project”, which I’ve started in the spring of 2019.

The main idea is to capture the bond and the connection between a Father and a Child,  but also it has a deeper meaning to it.

The story behind this is: I have lost my Dad, when I was only six years old. My twin sister, Simona, and I didn’t understand what happened back then, but he was tragically killed by another mans hands.

And growing up without a Father almost all my life, it set priorities to appreciate things differently.

So this project is not just beautiful images I take. It is also a gift to people who I am photographing, who appreciate my art. But also it’s a gift to myself, as a reminder what I have lost, also a reminder to cherish every moment in life you have, just to embrace Love.
